I help arts organizations and event teams bring live performances to the stage. My work spans technical planning, coordination with venues and crews, and managing the flow of the show so the creative work is supported by a well-prepared production.

Plan the schedules, staffing, technical requirements, and logistics for your performance or event. Support may include production budgets, rehearsal schedules, load-in planning, and coordination with the venue.

Coordinate lighting, sound, projections, staging, and other technical elements with your venue, designers, and crew. I help translate the creative plan into practical requirements and prepare those elements for rehearsal and performance.

Build the running order, cue documentation, and backstage plan that keep a production organized. Support may include coordinating rehearsals, transitions, performer readiness, and communication between the stage and technical crew.

Call cues and coordinate the flow of the live performance. I work with the crew to execute the agreed show plan and respond to changes as they arise.
